Robert McNeill is the owner of Blue Rose Tattoo. He is a classically trained artist who studied at the California College of Arts and Crafts. He began tattooing in 1978. With 31 years of experience and his art training there is no one better to take your idea from design to finished tattoo. He is well versed in all styles of tattooing, with his favorites being Traditional Japanese and Americana.
